Yarin Danieli is the cook behind Bread Bake Beyond. His interest in food started young, but it was during the pandemic that he began sharing his experiments online.
The recipes grew out of that time in the kitchen: pasta, loaded toasts, sandwiches, pizza, and focaccia, with Italian and Mediterranean flavors running through them.
Today you’ll find him under his own name, sharing the same kind of food that started it all—dishes that look special but can be made at home.

to Uncommon Italian.
His first cookbook brings together more than 100 Italian-inspired recipes. The emphasis is on familiar ingredients, pantry staples, and food that fits into an ordinary week.
